i guess this is kindof like when they meet in the future. Sho survives his operation and dedicates his life to find Arriety~~~ ---- Arrietty and Sho from hayao miyazaki's film 'The Borrower Arrietty'
I liked this movie a whole lot such as the radiant setting, themusic on the soundtrack was peaceful, plus I could relate to Sho/Shawn since I too went through a heart surgery.
From the way Sho was talking I got the feeling he was like a father telling his kids about meeting Arriety and how he never forgot her over the years. You don't have to see someone to still be friends with them. You never know Arriety could have convinced her parents and some other Borrowers to hitch a ride with Sho to go be where he lives because she knows they'd all be safe around him and wouldn't actually have to hide. ^_^
I really like Sho. I want him and Arrietty to be close friends and the Borrowers would worked things out living with the human boy in secret. And him giving them the doll house to live in. It's like when you're a different race or culture and when the other races /cultures spots you, then you must flee and continue to hide.
Some sequels might not be good, but at least they don't leave you off at cliffhangers or leave you off with a lame ending like the first original films.
yeah, but sequels always ruin the original
